Online/Store Return/Exchange Policy

If you would like to return, return within 20 days of receipt.

To return you must first email us the date of purchase and the reason for returning.

Items must be unworn, tags attached, with no perfume, and be in new condition. Make sure your order and/or order number is included as well.

A store credit can be issued to purchase your exchange if you so choose.

If you find a damaged or faulty item that we may have missed please email us a picture of the damage within 20 days of receipt.

**No returns or exchanges on sale items. Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges on hair accessories or hats.

Event Return/Exchange Policy


There are no returns at an event (Conferences, Pop Ups, etc.). However, exchanges can be made. 

This option will only be available while we are set up at the event where the item was purchased.

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. If you believe to have a lost package please file a claim with USPS.

 

All orders are packaged and processed within 1-4 days. Based on your location, orders can take up to a week to be delivered. If you do not receive your package in a week, please email us to let use know and we will be glad to help.
